Where do I get a booking link?

Your doctor’s office sends it to you. Links are private and expire, so they can’t be searched for or shared publicly.

Do I need a password?

No. We email you a 6-digit code whenever you sign in, and it only works once.

Can I change or cancel my visit?

Yes. Sign in to your account to cancel inside the office’s cancellation window, or use the link in your confirmation email.

Who can see my information?

Only you and the office staff who need it to run your visit. Emails never include your medical details.
